In addition to our famous "Toyohashi Negitoro-don" (Toyohashi negitoro bowl), please enjoy the flavors of Higashimikawa, such as Toyohashi's specialty "Yamasa's Chikuwa", quail eggs, the largest quail egg production in Japan, and Tahara-grown kama-age shirasu (dried young sardines)!

To provide our guests a stress-free stay and solve issues like these, even by just a little, the hotel features separate elevators for lower and higher floors. So guests can get to their rooms quicker when they arrive at check-in, tired from their journey. So they can use their time just a bit more efficiently on the busy morning of their check-out. For these reasons, we have separated the elevators for the lower and higher floors of the hotel.
